Bookings can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the game time are non-refundable, as we dedicate significant time to preparing your room. Please note: Bookings made for the same day as the escape room date are strictly non-refundable. To request a cancellation or refund within the allowed window, please contact our support team.

Absolutely. Your dedicated game master watches your progress and can send hints whenever your team is stuck — unlimited.
Phones stay outside the rooms to protect the surprises — but we'll take a free team photo for you afterward.
Only The Other Side (18+) and Zodiac lean into horror. Most rooms are adventure-themed with zero jump scares.
